The Commissioners aim to collaborate with providers to create a service that yields reablement outcomes, resulting in demonstrable and measurable enhancements in individuals' independence and well-being. This is a mini-competition under Lot 3 (Personal Care Services) of CP2374-2-23 Community Services Provider Directory. NOTE Only successful applications onto the Community Services Provider Directory will be considered for this opportunity and therefore will have their applications for this service; CP2507-24 Rapid Support reviewed. There will be no response given to any clarifications made between the 20th December 2024 and 5th January 2025. Any clarification questions made during this time will be responded on or after 6th January 2025. The tender response time has been extended to reflect this period.
