The duration of the contract is for 12 months from the 01st January 2023 until the 31st December 2023. The Authorities have an equal spend of PS30,000 each for the 12 month period. Therefore, the total aggregate contract value is PS90,000. The overarching aim of the Well Being Hub (Happy Hubs) is to improve the health and wellbeing of people with mental ill health in the Basildon and Brentwood Alliance area by making more efficient use of the existing statutory and community services. The recipients of the service are local residents aged 18+ suffering from mental ill health. The Authority intends to award this temporary contract to ensure continuity of care for service users whilst the ICB strategic commissioning plan may be reviewed and that a competitive procurement process be undertaken in the future.
