The provision will support claimants, including those post Work Programme, with the aim of moving them closer to the labour market by developing their motivation, confidence and developing skills to enable them to return to work. The provision will consist of a 2-4 week course, followed by a 4 week period of intensive job search and a 13 week tracking period for job outcomes.
