The Council is now looking to appoint commercial agents to work with the Council to market the commercial office space and to provide design and facilities management advice to ensure the 'offer' will meet 'grade A' market expectations. The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced agent to undertake the following: o Provide advice on aspects of the commercial space to include finishes, layout, provision of services and the options for the facilities management approach of the tenanted space o Provide a marketing strategy and proposed marketing budget to facilitate the letting of the commercial space. o Undertake all marketing o Develop proposed terms and negotiate Heads of Terms for any transaction o Carry out all appropriate due diligence in respect of any potential occupier to include a financial profile Full information on the requirements is available in the tender documents.
