The Combined Authority have an established behaviour change programme that delivers communication and engagement activity to target audiences in West Yorkshire, to enable more people to travel more actively, to help us achieve our ambitions for West Yorkshire to become a net-zero carbon economy by 2038. The Combined Authority are currently in the process of putting in place a framework that will cover multiple individual projects/requirements, and also looking at the future pipeline of upcoming requirements that will support the delivery of the behaviour change programme. We are looking to procure the provision of cycling and walking engagement services and goods that will support the delivery of this programme for a period of up to 4 years.
