It is anticipated that the successful partnership will deliver the social prescribing network in all clusters, whilst developing the pathways and systems in partnership with Oldham Cares in order to roll out the delivery across all of the clusters in the Borough. The Council, as the lead procuring partner of Oldham Cares in this contract, will work collaboratively through an Innovation Partnership to co-design, establish, deliver and further develop the Social Prescribing Network.
