We require someone to: o Manage and submit the planning application requirement of the scheme up to and including planning award, including necessary plans, maps and associated impacts and mitigation submissions on access, biodiversity etc. o Advise on the exact requirements and the associated fees for the planning application and proportional third-party reports / studies / surveys as required.
