## Notice

To provide Consultancy support in accordance with the non-exhaustive list below * Data collection, aggregation and review as required to support o the BSIP project o the Bus Reform work stream (EP & Franchising). * Work with the CPCA in developing a new demand model for public transport in the CPCA area in conjunction with supporting the current demand modelling as GIS maps * Development of a new bus network masterplan * Preparation of full Green Book Business Case for Bus Reform, and support in the Audit stage * Facilitate the required public consultancy (as detailed in the above masterplan including organising events, materials and attendance and then feedback review as instructed by the CPCA * Support for reconciling feedback and preparing comparison of outcomes, for Mayoral decision.
