We welcome bids from consortiums who may find it beneficial to work together to deliver different components of the contract. The initial work covers the matching and early permanence (EP) projects. The scope of the evaluation may extend to other areas in the future. The main intended outcomes for this contract are: 1. Evaluation of Activity Days & Exchange Events 2.Evaluation of the matching and EP grant funded projects.
