The retained nature of the arrangement would be based on a framework contract with calling off support services as and when required. Costs would be recharged on the basis to time spent on the project based against the hourly rate. Based on previous years 2 / 2.5 days a month on average. No guarantees on overall spend per annum but the estimated overall maximum budget for the tender is in the region of PS42,000 over 3 years (excluding VAT).
