## Notice

Also included, maintenance, repair & associated attendance incl safely exposing, identifying & repairing or renewing as necessary (incl backfilling & making good as necessary) of the district heating pipework that travels from boiler houses either inside the gable end of houses or underground to serve the flats/houses. Each property has a HIU or control pipework & associated components controlling the heating & hot water demand for the resident. Alongside the heating and hot water controls, each property has an energy meter & pre-pay unit that charges the resident on the energy used, this metering equipment & associated remedial works will be carried out by another specialist contractor.
