Due to the nature of this service, work requests will only be made as and when required - there is no guarantee of work associated with this contract. It is recognised that there will be times when parents and young people will not agree with the decisions that the Council and its partners have made. The mediation and disagreement resolution process allows all parties to come together to see if an agreement can be reached. It is less expensive and less stressful for all partners than allowing a dispute to reach the Tribunal stage.
