The Guinness Partnership are looking to appoint one Contractor to conduct evironmental works across two phases of work which will include: Phase 2 Re-surfacing car parks, access improvement works re-grading ramps, installating paving, re-bedding steps and undertaking associated landscaping works to improve the appearance of the internal courtyard with new edgings and dwarf wall including new planters. Minor brickwork repairs and re-pointing.
