North Tyneside Council now seeks competitive tenders from lift contractors intending to award a framework contract with 3 suppliers appointed to the framework and structured as follows: - Lift Maintenance, Repairs and Servicing - To appoint a single contractor to undertake all maintenance, repairs and servicing in respect of all the vertical transport installations Refurbishments - Annual Value PS200K The successful contractor may be awarded at the discretion of the employer, refurbishment contracts up to a value of PS50K (Per Lift or Building) over the set term period of the contract. If the value exceeds PS50k (Per Lift or Building) the Authority will issue a mini competition via the NEPO Portal to all 3 suppliers on the framework.
