## Summary

The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) is currently conducting a tender process titled "SWAP Consortium," aimed at appointing a Lead organisation for the Sector Based Work Academy Programmes (SWAP). This initiative falls under the education and training services industry category and is based in the West Midlands, England. The active tender period concludes on 28th June 2021, with a total contract value of £9 million available over a three-year term, beginning on 3rd October 2021. The procurement method being employed is selective, specifically through a competitive dialogue process, which allows for dynamic interaction with potential providers.

This tender represents a significant opportunity for businesses, particularly those involved in training and educational services, to collaborate in improving job outcomes for WMCA residents. With a minimum job outcome target of 65% within 13 weeks, successful bidders will play a crucial role in addressing local employment challenges. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are encouraged to participate, as the scope of the programme is likely to benefit diverse organisations capable of forming a consortium to deliver effective training solutions. The potential for in-year investment based on performance further underscores the dynamic growth prospects for engaged businesses.

## Notice
