This Grant aims to increase offender engagement in creative endeavours through a mixture of different arts and activities, to support their learning, personal and social development, health and wellbeing and individual desistance journey. Grant funding totalling PS225,000 across 3 years is available for this requirement. The service is required to commence from 1st April 2023. The Ministry of Justice is holding a virtual market engagement event on Wednesday 16th November 2022 at 11.30am to present more detail about this requirement. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
