Works will require installation of interview rooms, back office space, tea point and toilet facilities. This unit was previously utilised as a 'show home' so has a temporary fit out that will need completing and in some areas adapting. Unit 2 - Emergency Resident facing services To be fitted out to the design and specification of the Council (already designed) to meet the needs of staff and the public visiting site. The site needs Category A and Category B build works are needed to provide reception, private interview space, back-office space, toilet facilities (including a changing places facility), access control, air flow management, heating and cooling.
