The Somaliland Development Fund (SDF) phase 2 is strongly aligned with this commitment to support a stable and secure Somaliland with improved economicopportunities resulting in better livelihoods for the people of Somaliland. DFID is seeking a Fund Manager to provide programme management, monitoring and administrative supportfor the SDF phase 2. The SDF phase 2 is an economic development recovery programme. It aims to increaseinclusive economic opportunities in Somaliland and build on the existing SDF (2013-2017) which is delivering aportfolio of mainly infrastructure results - such as rehabilitated roads and water supply - and which closes later this year.
