With an agile workforce who have full remote access to customer records 'any place, anytime, anywhere', SBHA will be able to take the office into residents' home; thereby providing the same level of service to customers regardless of location. We require bidders to provide their description of a hosted solution and to also provide full costing of this solution. The main term of the contract is 3 years and there are options to extend for a further 2 x 1-year periods at the sole discretion of the Authority. The contract value for the term is not expected to exceed the OJEU threshold; we are therefore inviting bidders to submit their bids, and not conducting a full EU procurement.
