## Notice

The successful contractor will be expected to: * Provide safe methods of working including environmental considerations * Agree final measures and invoicing * Attend regular contract meetings * Liaise with the council's network management team to coordinate the works including obtaining the correct road space permits. And ensure works are programmed evenly across the county, and provide regular updated programmes * To capture its carbon emissions against the maintenance activities and will be expected to actively seek to reduce it carbon footprint during the contract period.
