Potential suppliers are required to provide a technical and commercial proposal against the requirements. This is to include details of their technical capabilities, skills, relevant experiences etc. In addition the suppliers are to confirm their acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in the SSCL Professional Services Agreement and Non Disclosure Agreement.
