The Service provider will be required to carry out survey work while the properties are occupied and to carry out part or all of the survey work to vacant dwellings (voids). - Legionella Risk Assessments to 4 Domestic Properties and 2 Commercial Property Lot 2 services include - - Asbestos treatment and removal works to Cobalt Housings stock of general needs properties and communal blocks to meet our regulatory requirements and to protect our tenants, employees, visitors, members of the public and service providers. IMPORTANT: Please note that Tenderers may only apply for one lot. i.e. Tenderers who tender for Lot 2 Asbestos Removal, may not tender for Lot 1, and vice versa. This is to ensure that the two contracts provide a division of duties, avoid a conflict of interest and meet best practice.
