## Summary

The East Riding of Yorkshire Council is seeking a Local Coordinator as part of its "Your Life, Your Way" programme. ## Notice

This approach moves away from traditional approaches to providing support in a time-generous, patient centred, empowering and flexible way. Local Coordinators will take the time to get to know individuals and families, build understanding of their strengths and their current challenges, and listen to stories of what has works well for them in the past and what hasn't, supporting them to develop their own plans for improving their wellbeing and take action as a result.
