Lot Number Lot Title Lot 1 Dry Recyclables Cardboard Lot 2 Dry Recyclables Paper Lot 3 Dry Recyclables Rigid Plastics Lot 4 Dry Recyclables Glass Lot 5 Dry Recyclables Comingled (Cans and Plastics) (4 sites only- Waterdale, Stevenage, Ware & Welwyn Garden City). Lot 6 Green Waste Lot 7 Mixed Hardcore Lot 8 Plasterboard Lot 9 Carpets (not currently separately collected but the council are seeking economically advantageous proposals. Award of this lot will depend on the comparative advantage of introducing separate collections.
