St Albans Hall & Norwich Hall are to have new self catered provisions installed. The Contract will be the JCT Minor Works With Contractor's Design. The Employer will be Leeds Trinity University. The Contractors Design portion will be Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and above ground drainage.
