## Notice

Essex Police wish to replace the Electronic Duty Sheet (EDS) with a new Workforce Management (WFM) solution which will allow Contact Management to more effectively plan resource requirements to meet request for service volumes based on predictive data, planned events, environmental factors and staff availability.
