It is important that both divisions of the provider work together to deliver a joined-up service where employees referred to occupational health may be identified to receive employee assistance programme services, if appropriate. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
