## Notice

Advisers for Railway Pensions and therefore we would like to award the contract to you. The call-off contract shall commence on the 29th May 2022 and the expiry date will be 28th May 2023 for a period of twelve months.The total contract value will be up to PS400,000 excluding VAT. This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM6204 Rail Legal Services Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply. A copy of the contract is provided with this Award Letter and includes those Panel Terms and Conditions.
