Local Plans should recognise the contribution that Neighborhood Plans can make in planning to meet development and infrastructure needs. Project Aims: The council require an Infrastructure Delivery Plan ("the Delivery Plan") to be prepared that meets the needs of new developments in a manner consistent with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and its accompanying Guidance (NPPG).
