## Summary

The North East London Foundation Trust and Barnet Enfield and Haringey NHS Trust are currently in the planning stage of their procurement process, seeking information for a "Caseload and Predictive Analysis Tool". This project, which falls under the software package and information systems category, is valued at £300,000. The engagement end date for interested parties to submit their input is 2nd March 2021. The project aims to enhance decision-making based on service user needs and is crucial for the trust's 3 Year Community Transformation Programme, which aligns with NHS Long Term Plan requirements.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses in the software development and analytics sectors, particularly those with expertise in health-related technology solutions. Companies capable of providing flexible tools that support frontline staff in caseload management and foster strategic planning within mental health organisations will find themselves well-positioned to compete. Businesses that can demonstrate innovative methods to identify and manage various risk levels among service users will be particularly attractive to the buying organisation.

## Notice

Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust require a caseload management and predictive analytics tool that supports decision-making based on service user needs and the likely resources required to provide safe and effective care. Critical to success is the requirement for the tool to support our 3 Year Community Transformation Programme and so will need to evolve as our services change to meet the requirements of the NHS Long Term Plan and Community Mental Health Framework. Suppliers will need to evidence how this criteria can be met flexibly. The goals of the management and supervision system are as follows: * The solution must be able to be used at all levels by front line staff to help with caseload management as well as supporting the strategic and business planning process. * Improved identification of people at high risk of crisis leading to appropriate intervention within Mental Health organisations * Reduced number of people requiring inpatient admission when they are in crisis * Improved identification of people who are lower risk and less complex who may require a different level of care * Improved number of people discharged from CMHTs to a more appropriate service for their needs * Improved staff engagement with technology to support better clinical decisions day to day.
