This facility will be created on the fifth floor in a newly created room for this purpose and will be refitted to replace the existing control room at the Emergency Public Safety Centre (EPSC) run by Enfield Council at Centre Way, Claverings Industrial Estate, Edmonton, London, N9 0AH.
