A Flexible Purchasing System is, in effect, an open Purchasing System to which new providers can apply to be appointed to during its life. During this period new providers will be able to gain entry onto the Flexible Purchasing System. It is envisaged that the Flexible Purchasing System will be closed for evaluations a minimum of two times during Year 1 then annually for the remainder of the term. The Flexible Purchasing System has been divided into the following 3 Lots: Lot 1 - Group living Lot 2 - Accommodation with Floating Support Lot 3 - Floating support (without accommodation) In addition to the above Lots, the Lead Authority may extend the number and range of Lots under the Flexible Purchasing System during the Flexible Purchasing System Term. The additional lots may include but shall not be limited to the following: Lot 4 - Supported Lodgings Lot 5 - Innovation. Further information on the Lots is detailed within the tender documentation.
