The ACC Liverpool Group is seeking to establish a contract for the provision of Facilities Management (FM) Services. It is anticipated that the contract will start on 1.1.2023 for an initial period of 3 years until 31.12.2025 with the option, at the sole discretion of The ACC Liverpool Group, to extend the contract for a further 2 periods of 2 years. The estimated total value is based on PS500,000 GBP per annum over the potential 7 years of the contract excluding VAT. The estimated total value excludes the possibility of minor project works which may be required during the period of the contract.
