Contract Structure - The contract is divided in to two lots as follows; * LOT 1 - Urban Traffic Management Machine to Machine Data SIMs * LOT 2 - Real Time Passenger Information Machine to Machine Data SIMs Suppliers may bid for single or multiple lots, a single supplier may be awarded both lots.
