The work should take c.2-3 months and be completed by around the end of September 2017. The work will include: * preliminary meeting(s) to structure and refine process for evaluation * individual interviews with directors * possible opportunity to observe a board meeting * evaluation report * presentation to the Board Additional information: If you wish to take part in this procurement please see the attached Request for Proposal attached to this Notice and send your completed proposal to Marilyn McCombie at the address stipulated in the 'Who to Contact' section. Any late submissions will not be considered. LCCC reserves the right to halt the procurement process and not award the contract. LCCC will not be held liable for recovery of costs from unsuccessful bids if a contract is not awarded. All costs will be borne by the bidding organisations. If a contract is created it will either be upon the provider's conditions (if considered acceptable) or upon LCCC Standard Terms and Conditions, which are available to short listed tenderers upon request. Completed tender submissions must be returned by email to LCCC, address given at the top of this advertisement, by 17:00hrs on the 16 June 2017. Interviews may be required with shortlisted providers. If successful and upon contract signature, the supplier is expected to attend a "Preparation and Briefing" meeting.
