Requirements for automating the ISO stuffing process: - Health & Safety explosive compliant: Automated system that allows for munitions to safely be packed and stuffed into an ISO container without risking health & safety. - A system that allows for munitions to be securely packaged, for example, an automated slide in frame that also utilises ratchet straps, reducing movement in transit. - Generalist equipment that does not require packers to have specialist skills or require high-level training / frequent technical support. - Process optimisation: A system that improves operational efficiency when quickly packing and unpacking the ISO. - Adheres to any relevant munition shipping policies and be NATO pallet compatible.
