The purpose of this tender is to evaluate and assess the impact of ETF's two current recruitment programmes and to determine the effectiveness of the various interventions within the programmes, (e.g. mentoring, technical skills development, recruitment method etc.) as well as measuring the impact of these new recruits upon teaching practice in their organisations, including analysing learner outcomes and any other wider impacts. Evaluation of these two programmes should be carried out with careful consideration of the metrics employed to measure the impact of the previous two ETF recruitment initiatives.
