The Tender is for the Provision of Older Persons' Care Home Services for each Service User placed within Care Homes under the following age band: * Adults aged 65+ and under the following Service specialisms listed below: * Older People In general terms and for the purposes of this Tender, 'Older Persons' Care Home Services' should be taken to mean treating a Service User with dignity, compassion and respect, focusing on their health and well-being. Offering a personalised co-ordinated method of care, support or treatment, and supporting the Service User to recognise and develop their own strengths and abilities to enable them to live a fulfilling life (this definition should not be considered as exhaustive). The Unitary proposes to enter into one Contract for a period of 12 months with the preferred providers. The anticipated contract commencement date is 01/09/2021.
