## Notice

Colchester Borough Homes will act as the Contract Administrator with the Council as Client. The contract will be an JCT Intermediate 2016 Measured Term Contract The anticipated start date is February 2020 and will run for 2 years with the possibility to extend for up to a further 24 months. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
