he scope of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to undertake all work that is required to secure approval to proceed with the development of a heat network. All parts of the Invitation to Tender (ITT), Suitability Questionnaire (SQ), Pricing Schedule Matrix and Qualitive Assessment must be completed fully.
