Output Services Group (OSG) provides the Agency with its print and mail functionality. OSG introduced ISO certification into the working environment in 2009 and the requirements have been developed to suit the underlying requirement of the department. These standards have matured and underpin best practise and resilience across the varying processes maintained. OSG have successfully maintained certification to; - ISO/IEC27001:2013 Information Security Management System - ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System - ISO22301:2019 Business Continuity Management System
