The solution will be used to log tickets to the following service areas: * Finance Operations o Accounts Payable o Debt Recovery o Income Processing o Financial Assessments, Payments, Direct Payments (for CCC, NNC and WNC only) * Payroll Services (includes HR Transactions) * Business Systems & Change Additional information: Value shown includes the options to extend and intila mobilisation period.
