This expansion will now see the Pathfinder covering the Designated Family Judge (DFJ) area of North Wales. Funding will be provided by the MoJ and awarded via a competed fund managed by North Wales PCC. This funding will go towards providing a domestic abuse support service-referral pathway as part of Pathfinder. Pathfinder requires that domestic abuse support providers undertake Domestic Abuse, Stalking a Honour Based Violence (DASH) assessment with victim-survivors referred to them by Cafcass/Cafcass Cymru and provide in-court IDVA support to those who need them.
