This model would look at a single supplier supplying home to school transport to a single school within Cambridgeshire. In supplier engagement meetings, we have previously referred to this as 'whole school model'. The Council is looking to conduct a series of engagements with the Market on this model and if this could work for the Council, Schools, and students. This is the second engagement questionnaire to be issued. Opportunities coming out of this engagement, the Council will notify all the Market when we are ready to procure such services.
