## Summary

Transport for London is initiating a tender process for the "Administration of TfL's Walking and Cycling Grants Programme." This procurement falls under the industry category of administration, defence, and social security services, with the contract period set to commence on 1st July 2020 and conclude on 30th June 2023. Interested parties are invited to express their interest by noon on 13th September 2019, ahead of the estimated publication date of the full tender notice on 1st October 2019. The overall budget for this programme is £1,200,000, with a minimum value of £600,000 allocated for the grants administration services, which will be provided on a local basis within London.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses that possess experience in managing community schemes, particularly those that have established networks within London. Organisations such as non-profit entities and charities that can effectively engage with underrepresented communities will be particularly well-suited to compete for this contract. The successful grants administrator will play a crucial role in supporting projects aimed at increasing walking and cycling, thereby contributing to the broader objectives outlined in the Mayor's Transport Strategy to enhance public health and social inclusion.

## Notice
