The service will deliver early intervention and sustained structured support and recovery for people with drug/alcohol issues who are in contact with the criminal justice system by providing support, raising awareness of the impact of drug and alcohol use among at-risk groups, promoting independent and healthy lifestyles, aim to reduce the harm caused to families and communities and directly contribute to reductions in offending and re-offending behaviours. The services are in two lots; Lot 1 for adults aged 18 and over. Lot 2 for young people, including 18-25 years olds transitioning into adulthood.
