Responses to clarification questions will be issued in batches and sent through the Delta portal and bidders should ensure that they check in regularly for these. Item 9 - Estimated value of requirement please note that the Heritage Fund has a maximum budget and this is detailed in the ITT All tender returns must be through the Delta E-tendering Portal as detailed in the ITT
