Time is of the essence as often there is very little time where cleaning can take place other than when in between terms and in the summer. The scope of this ITT is to establish a framework agreement, with between 5 and 10 Contractors, for the supply of cleaning services for student accommodation. This will initially entail the deep cleaning of various types of student rooms, bathrooms, kitchens or kitchen/diners, common rooms, corridors, staircases etc. to standards acceptable to the University. The period of the framework is for two years from 1st June 2022 to 31st May 2024, with an option to extend for one further two year period. Contractors will be appointed to the Framework Agreement and ranked based upon the assessment of the Framework Appointment Criteria, then Contracts will be offered in accordance with the Operation of the Framework Agreement process detailed in the ITT.
