THG therefore require a suitably qualified Contractor to carry out the servicing of all Smoke Ventilation / Automatic Opening Vents (AOVs) within Thirteen Group high rise properties and commercial buildings in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice. Contractors must be registered and hold membership of UK Fire Association, British Approvals for Fire Equipment, FIRAS, The British Fire Consortium or similar approved. Engineers / Technicians must hold all relevant certifications.
