The service consists of the following elements: - Provision of Temporary Traffic Management operatives, vehicles and equipment to support the Employers routine maintenance operations. - Provision of Temporary Traffic Management to support the Employers minor highways scheme delivery. - Design of temporary traffic management layouts when requested by the Employer.
